Submit a paper/abstract

An online system for submitting abstracts/full papers/proposals for conference panels, is available here: eacesconference.eu/form/. In case of any problems, please send your abstracts/full papers/proposals at eaces2018@krtk.mta.hu.The deadline for abstract and panel submission has been extended to April, 25th, 2018.

Registration will follow the submission phase.

Conference fees

• Senior researchers: 190 EUR + EACES membership of 30 EUR for early bird (before 20th of July 2018) and 240 EUR + 30 EUR membership after the 20th of July;
• PhD students: 95 EUR + 20 EUR membership before the 20th of July and 120 + 20 EUR afterwards.

EACES-membership fee, as well as the conference fee can be paid at http://www.eaces.eu/membership_and_conference_fees.

The payment can be conducted by both a money transfer to the EACES bank account or by a credit card. Please put the following title to your transfer: “Conference – Warsaw”. For more details go to http://www.eaces.eu/membership_and_conference_fees
